Role specifics and benefits: As an LTC Registered Nurse on this assignment, you’ll play a central role in patient care coordination and clinical excellence. Your key responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, development and implementation of individualized care plans, administration of medications and treatments, wound and skin care, pain and symptom management, fall prevention, infection control, and ongoing monitoring of safety and quality indicators.
