results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts in this new

Territory Manager, you’ll spend your time building relationships
with clients, driving business development, and ensuring client
satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Meeting current and
prospective clients at job sites to understand their needs.
Conducting worksite evaluations to match skilled tradespeople with
client requirements. Prospecting leads through cold calling and
social networking. Serving as the primary point of contact for your
territory, working closely with your team on worker retention,
safety, and client satisfaction. Setting and achieving financial
targets for your territory. What You Bring: Work ethic: A strong
drive to meet goals and make a difference. Initiative: Willingness
to make 100 field and outbound touches weekly. Sales skills: Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Adaptability: Self-motivation and resilience to thrive in a
fast-paced sales environment. Tech-savviness: Proficiency in Gmail,
Excel, and CRM software. Relationship building: Ability to expand
and maintain connections with clients and industry professionals to
gain referrals and new business. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or associate degree (preferred but not required). 1 year
of sales experience (required). Experience in staffing,
