Job Description:
Description: We are a family-oriented Midwest and East coast
based company, with locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan,
Maryland, and Pennsylvania. As a result of our growth, we have a
need for an Inside Sales Representative to support our Parts
team.The Inside Sales Representative will provide sales support for
Crane parts products to outside Account Managers and customers.Our
mission is to help customers succeed. To achieve our mission, we've

Engineering team members impact the organization's success and are
recognized for creating WOW! customer experiences. What You Get To
DoCommunicates to internal staff on pertinent details of sales and
marketing transactions.Supports sales staff with obtaining Parts
business.Assists customers and internal staff with alternative
equipment and parts options.Answers customers' questions about
products, prices, availability, product uses and credit
terms.Contacts current and prospective customers to explain
features and solicit orders.Estimates prices, credit or contract
terms, warranties and delivery dates.Consults with clients after
sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide
ongoing support.Arranges and directs delivery and installation of
products and equipment.Monitors market conditions, product
innovations and competitors' products, prices and sales.Negotiates
details of contracts and payments with assistance and prepares
sales contracts and purchase orders.Controls incoming orders and
repeated part numbers.May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: What We Need From YouHigh school diploma or
equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.1 to 3
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience. Sales experience preferred.Ability to
interact professionally over the phone with a focus on customer
service and increasing sales.Ability to multi-task in a fast paced
environment.Works well under pressure.Strong customer service and
time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication
