Job Description We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Professional to join our Roofing/Siding/Gutters team Please note: You must have a ladder, vehicle; along with PC or laptop, smart phone, scanner and printer. (Company vehicle's after 90 day review) Compensation Different pay plans to choose from to accommodate your needs including weekly salary (Base pay plus commissions $85K-$175K potential depending on their ability to learn and ambition) This is a lucrative opportunity where your earning potential is basically endless Responsibilities: In this full-time position, you will contribute to the team's success by introducing our services to homeowners in an assigned territory A typical day includes climbing ladders to perform roof inspections, walking the homeowner through the insurance claim process, and executing contracts Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting Report on individual performance Develop and execute innovative sales strategies Build and form new partnerships with potential clients Qualifications: Previous experience in SALES (is a must), customer service, or related field (preferably 1-2 years) Experience helpful but not necessary in Roofing/Siding/Gutters Excellent Customer Service Skills Strong leadership qualities Have a desire to excell Be Self-Motivated Ability to build rapport with clients Must be able to climb a roof This role calls for someone who enjoys working outdoors in ALL weather conditions, talking to a variety of people, and is driven to succeed Company Description CAB Construction is one of Wisconsin's leading insurance claim roofing specialists.
