Job Description

A Business Analyst understands high-volume sales systems with the ability to apply that knowledge to develop solutions for business challenges. We are looking for a customer focused, driven, self-starter with excellent leadership and project management skills. A qualified candidate will be able to translate organizational needs into business outcomes, while understanding the effect on a growing global organization. Responsibilities will include assessments into technical challenges for our customer service teams and customers, evaluating new technologies, and defining technical standards. This individual will drive the implementation of projects ensuring policies and procedures are consistent with company goals, best practices, software compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions
Support Architect and business with customer service technology needs
Understands AR module and business needs in these areas
Change management and project execution for customer service technology needs
Owns warehouse ISVs and ISV roadmap in customer service space (Warranty Connect, Percision, etc)
Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the organization.
Determine project schedules and effectively manage the allocation of resources to achieve project objectives
Ability to translate technical language into non-technical understanding
Work closely with our user community and IT professionals to build consensus and standards that are scalable, adaptable, and flexible to meet the needs of a changing business landscape
Respond in a timely and professional manner to end-user requests, questions, and problems
Comply with SOX audit requirements and execute change management best practices
Drive to keep current with evolving technology and apply it to future strategic objectives
Ability to deliver solutions with industry leading security and efficiencies that aligns with the Enterprise Agenda

Previous Experience & Ownership In The Following
Understands customer service module, extranet and business needs in these areas
Perform customer service administration of ERP configurations
Perform customer service issue resolution with support of ERP user Groups
Owns batch jobs and automated processes in the order creation through release to warehouse
Owns support of Extranet
Understands and incorporates ISV and ERP roadmap/changes

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT technical, or related field
3+ years' relevant sales and distribution system experience
5+ years of experience working in a large, multi-regional, corporate environment
Experience implementing cloud solutions and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus
Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong customer support orientation
Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity
Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy
Solid verbal and written communication skills
