Together, we're redefining an industry in desperate need of a shakeup.Position PurposeAssist in all aspects of sales and sales administration of the Pierce & Emergency unit product line for the Company from the Appleton, WI branch officeDuties & ResponsibilitiesMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide direct assistance and back up to the Sales Support Analyst in all aspects of sales and sales administration activities.Assist in the development and improvement of the Sales Administration and Sales systems; including electronic documentation.Assist in the upkeep of the processes, steps, and procedures of the Sales Administration and Sales systems to provide consistent, accurate, and efficient course of business.Manage and maintain an efficient and effective e-filing system.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in preparing and reviewing costing and pricing.Prepare and communicate prepayment discount calculations.Prepare and communicate sample finance quotes.Assist as necessary with bid preparation, to include; loose equipment quotes, labor/installation quotes, proposal cover letters, misc. documentation.Assist in the order entry process of new truck orders.Create and manage e-files for pending and job truck orders.Act as back up to Sales Support Analyst.Manage/update sales reports.Record and track profit performance of truck orders.Assist in the creation and timely issue of invoices for truck orders.Track customer payments to ensure due dates are met.Create and issue purchase orders for miscellaneous loose equipment for truck orders.Creating and maintain monthly Stock/Demo CalendarPreparing Consortium documentationPreparing Delivery Orientation Forms and following up until completedEntering Expenses and miscellaneous invoices relating to a jobCompleting Certificate of Origins/MSO paperwork for completed/Delivered jobsWORKING CONDITIONSThis job requires minimal to no physical effort.Shared office space and required equipment is provided.This job requires considerable concentration and attention to detail in a fast paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines..

Requirements:
