Who you are
You have financial analysis experience

You have a bachelor s degree in accounting and preferably a CPA certification. You have eight to ten years of experience in accounting operations roles. You have a minimum of three to five years of experience in a Plant Controller role or other key Accounting Operations Leadership role.
You embrace technology and have experience with financial systems.
What you will own
As a Plant Controller you will be responsible for providing financial analysis of assigned plant or plants, acting as a business partner with the plant manager in evaluating product decisions and managing financial aspects of plant operations for the Plant Manager, driving the plant to meet/exceed its growth and profit goals, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
You will drive the operations budget by partnering with respective plant leadership on results achievement.
You will develop & communicate with plant leadership financial reporting reviews across all plants.
You will ensure development of planning tools working with plant management to accurately reflect plant profitability.
You will partner with key plant leaders/owners to drive standardized and documented procedures across all plants.
