POSITION SUMMARY
Petroleum Equipment Refurbishing Technicians refurbish fueling dispensers. This includes total rebuilding of frames, meters, electronics, installing software and hardware.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm + overtime as needed. Schedule is flexible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Highly competitive wages ranging from $21.00 - $25.00 per hour!
• Disassembling fuel dispensers
• Replacing parts and seals in dispensers
• Electronic and Fluid testing of dispenser components
• Processes include painting, welding, cleaning, repairing, installing software, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Perform maintenance, care, and upkeep of grounds, buildings, equipment, vehicles, and machines to continuously maintain a professional image and upkeep.
• Communicate daily with supervisor on job progress, problems or issues. Use required technology, including email, to effectively communicate and update job requirements.
• Communicate effectively within the job planning function and service team
• Follow company guidelines on safety and environmental procedures. Maintains a safe worksite according to OSHA rules. Communicates immediately about any safety concerns
• Work cross functionally as a team to complete large orders
• Prepare equipment for shipment
  
  QUALIFICATIONS
  
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • High mechanical aptitude
  • High scanning accuracy
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally push, pull or roll objects up to 350 lbs.
  • Able to operate forklift and power tools
  • Able to tolerate, at times, the smell of gas and paint
  • Able to work overtime and Saturdays without much notice, and travel overnight
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver policy requirements
  • Must be 19 years or older if required to drive our company fleet vehicles
