starting pay of $38.14 per hour (plus shift differential)Our
average work week is 45 hours, and at $38.14 per hour, this equates
to around $86,959.2! This earning potential is not guaranteed and
is provided for reference only. Additionally, overtime is not
guaranteed and is also only awarded on a voluntary basisDouble time
is awarded for any hours worked during each Sunday of the
yearShift:Ability to work 12-hour swing shift that includes
weekendsSwing shift: 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am on a 2-week
rotationShift rotation allows you to work half the year and be home
half the year!Responsibilities include:Work safely and actively
participate in a culture of safety minded team membersPerform
preventative and predictive maintenance on production and
facilities related equipment to ensure proper and safe operation of
all systemsTroubleshoot and repair both low voltage and high
voltage circuits in a timely and orderly mannerPerform basic and
advanced diagnosis to determine root cause failure with the aid of
blueprints and schematics, also perform replacement of motors,
meters, switches, photo-eyes and other electrical
components.Effectively analyze PLC's, HMI's, and VFD's for improper
operation and perform corrective measuresEffectively utilize tools
such as PC's, multimeters, thermography, vibration analysis, and
oscilloscopes to troubleshoot electrical equipment.Effectively
utilize a computerized maintenance management system to retrieve
assigned work and document maintenance activities such as work
completed, parts request, inventory usage, etc.Install new
electrical control systems and maintain existing control systems as
directedAdvanced team members will design, layout, program, install
new equipmentEffectively communicate both verbally and written with
managers, supervisors, schedulers, as well as maintenance and
operations team membersOther duties as assignedQualifications and
abilities include:Possess a 5-year apprenticeship (50-414-2
Electrical & Instrumentation) industrial journeyman's card.2-3
years of relevant experience as an Industrial Electrician or
Technician in a related fieldPerform tests and maintenance
procedures for instruments used for measuring and controlling flow,
level pressure, temperature, and other variables in manufacturing
and processingCalibrate components and instruments according to
manufacturer's specificationsInstall control and measurement
instruments on existing and new plant equipment and
processesExperience in PLC and HMI programming in closed loop
control systemsAdvanced VS drive systems experience with web
handling equipmentAbility to work in a USW Union environmentAbility
to work 12-hour swing shift that includes weekendsSwing shift: 6am
to 6pm and 6pm to 6am on a 2-week rotationPersonal computer skills
in Microsoft products, networking, and computer maintenanceStrong
troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated continuing
self-developmentStrong leadership, and communication skillsAbility

goalAs a team member, you will work as part of the Maintenance
Department team of 44 employees in our Appleton Plant.A background
