A company is looking for an Associate Customer Relations,
Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and address customer needs via phone, email, or fax
Maintain the CRM database by accurately logging call details
Perform administrative tasks related to the order entry process
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1 year of
Customer Relations experience
Working knowledge of computers, including hardware and software
troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables
Reliable high-speed home internet service
Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, and
writing)
