Job Description:
We are a family-oriented Midwest based company in Wisconsin,
Minnesota, and Michigan. As a result of our growth, we have a need
for a Network Administrator. The Network Administrator will work
alongside the Senior Network Administrator, providing technical and
administrative support for Crane systems and a variety of

customer experiences. What You Get To Do - Perform network
administration duties, including backup, patch management, security
management, user account management, e-mail systems including
e-mail web server, VPN, internet access, virtual environment, and
applications support. - Maintain accurate inventory of IT
equipment. - Maintain relationships with third party suppliers and
support. Document activities as needed. - Develop and document
internal processes and system standards for computers and network
devices. - Install/maintain virtual servers, software applications
or hardware with assistance from third parties as needed. - Provide
Help Desk functions for phones, desktops, laptops, printers, email
and remote access. - Assist in rolling out hardware and software to
new employees to ensure optimal deployment of resources. - Assists
with technology planning through ongoing research. Make
recommendations to improve network infrastructure to gain
efficiency. - Provide end user training as needed to ensure
effectiveness. - Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of
operating system and application software being used to provide
high levels of support to users. - Add and maintain users on the
network; assigning application access, ensuring security and
ensuring configurations are within standards. - Assist in gathering
bid prices on equipment and supplies as needed. - Set-up and
support cellular phone service. - Provide support for internal
phone system and coordinate assistance from third parties when
necessary. - May perform other duties as assigned.What We Need From
You - Experience preferred in the following areas: Active Directory
Admin, VMWare, Cisco Switches, Palo Alto Firewalls, M365 Admin -
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field,
five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. - Ability to effectively
perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. -
Microsoft certification desired. - Knowledge of local and wide area
networks; computer software and hardware; knowledge of data
communications, network planning and analysis; and vendor
evaluations. - Strong analytical skills and effective interpersonal
and communication skills to interact with a wide range of users
having different levels of computer expertise. - Ability to design
workable solutions to problems in a timely manner. - Strong
organizational skills and excellent attention to detail with a high
focus on accuracy. - Strong initiative: takes independent,
unprompted action and digs into problems without supervision.We Are
