responsible for developing/designing machine and process control
systems and implementing the finished product as required by the
customer. -Because of our focus on families and the proximity of
our customers, travel is much lower than similar roles at other
companies. -A blend of field and/or remote work is expected up to
40% of the time, overnight travel ESSENTIAL DUTIES and

understand the following technical skills to perform their job.
- Rockwell Automation PLCs (ControlLogix, SLC, PLC5,
- Siemens Automation PLCs (S7)
- Omron PLCs
- SCADA/HMI Applications (Wonderware, Ignition, Rockwell
FactoryTalk, Red Lion Crimson)
- CAD Development Software (AutoCAD/ePlan)
- System troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Industry Standards (NEC, NFPA 79, NFPA 70, UL)
- Code development and interface with automation equipment:
-Omron, Precise, Mecademic, Asyril, Vision Systems
- Engineering Skills Include: Project Management, PLC
Programming/Design, HMI Programming/Design, Code
Development/Programming from scratchMINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Some college, with focus on Electrical
Engineering or similar. -Experience and/or Training: 3 years
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical
components. -Strong Communication skills (listening, questioning,
speaking), Time Management skills. -Experience working with
customers and vendors.Licenses/Certificates:
N/ATechnology/Equipment: Computing/Software Skills including
Microsoft Great Plains CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint,
AutoCAD, Eplan, and Solidworks.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education
Associates or BA/BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or
equivalentExperience and/or Training 5 years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.
