COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS / DMD)

• Average annual income over $350,000+
• $25,000 Sign-on bonus
• 4% Company match on retirement
• 2 Weeks PTO, 9 Paid Holidays, 5 Sick Days

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS / DMD)

• State-of-the-art on-site dental lab to prepare same-day acrylic dentures
• Full digital equipment including CBCT
• Access to resources of organization with a nationwide presence  
• Case-mix include – Surgical extractions, Dentures / Implants, and other restorative services
• Monday-Friday; No weekend, No Call
• Full support staff: your own personal Dental Assistant, Lab Techs, Patient-care Coordinators

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (DDS / DMD)

• Dentist (DDS/DMD)
• Seeking Doctors with passion for patient care and providing quality service
• Willingness to learn and work with Dentures and place Implants
• Must feel comfortable doing surgical extractions

COMMUNITY Dentist (DDS / DMD)

• Mid-sized community with 80,000 population
• Water-front community - Lake Winnebago 
• 40 Minutes to Green Bay, WI
• Local breweries, Packers Football, Skiing, excellent fishing / hunting - all within 1 hour radius
