Senior Specialist, Customer Service Support/Master Data: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family

As part of VF Outdoor Coalition's Business Systems team, this position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers through demonstrated commitment to quality. This role is responsible for the multiple aspects of the Customer Service Department.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Accurately and efficiently enter incoming order data by setting up new accounts, and performing pricing program maintenance and customer data maintenance
  • Audit and enter sales representative information and pricing program data
  • Receive, reconcile, and distribute incoming faxes
  • Assist with Customer Service Department paperwork and order entry as needed
  • Complete all department filing, copying, and faxing as necessary
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills for Success:

Years of Related Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of experience preferred

Educational/ Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education; Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet); SAP experience
  • Proven 10 key and typing skills
  • Working knowledge of systems and PC databases and Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Stamina able to be maintained to manage a work level that may exceed 40 hours per week
  • Must possess good judgement and ability to problem solve
  • High energy level and positive outlook
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team to achieve goals committed to quality and service
