Job Description:

ESOP Partners, LLC is a third party administration and consulting firm with the mission to provide a liquid business transition solution for owners of closely held businesses to establish, maintain and sustain an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) while maximizing the financial and many other benefits of being an ESOP company through the establishment of a strong employee ownership culture. ESOP Partners is experiencing exponential growth and is looking to hire on a Full-Time Executive Administrator. Under the direction of the President, the Executive Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as managing the implementation of entrepreneurial visions aligned with ESOP Partners, LLC Guiding Principles. This position requires that this individual have extensive business expertise, be highly organized, display maturity and professionalism and provide a high level of confidentiality in their work. This is a full time, direct hire and benefits eligible position with GREAT benefits! -Responsibilities: Performs the role of integrator to the visions of the President Maintains and tracks the President's active calendar as well as schedules appointments and office meetings Meets daily with the President to review his calendar and inform him of upcoming commitments and responsibilities Prioritizes conflicting needs and handles all matters expeditiously and proactively Prepares correspondences and reports, some of which may contain confidential information Reviews documents for correct grammar, punctuation and content Arranges and secures all travel needs for the President and submits all necessary expense reports Takes and delivers accurate messages Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President and members of management, employees and/or clients Organizes both onsite and offsite meetings, and organizes company events Manages projects and ensures follow through on successful completion, often with deadline pressures Attends all meetings with the President and documents all meeting notes Ensures action takes place following meetings and holds those that were in attendance accountable Works with President, Leadership Team and Human Resources to develop and create enhancements to company processes and procedures - - - - - - - - -Networks and develops relationships with clients - - - - - - - - - -Maintains an extensive filing system for correspondence, business matters, and other related data - - - - - - - - -All other duties as needed or assigned. Qualifications: - - - - - - - - -High School diploma required; Associates Degree in a relevant field preferred - - - - - - - - -7-10 years of administrative experience in similar work environment - - - - - - - - -Good working knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe. - - - - - - - - -Employees will be expected to learn ESOP Partners' proprietary software: ESOP Revolution. - - - - - - - - -Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information - - - - - - - - -Ability to plan, organize and schedule in an efficient organized manner - - - - - - - - -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attentive and timely in responses - - - - - - - - -High attention to detail and ability to work independently with little direction - - - - - - - - -Collaborative and cooperative work style internally and externally with a "can do" - attitude - - - - - - - - -Willing to adapt and grow as new skill sets are needed to fulfill the role - - - - - - - - - -Strong ability to adapt professionally to different personalities - - - - - - - - -Ability to work within the framework of ESOP Partners Guiding Principles
