General Production / Shakeout About the Opportunity Join a reliable, growing manufacturing team where you’ll help process and prepare metal components for production. This hands?on role is perfect for someone who enjoys active work, staying organized, and contributing to a smooth production flow. You’ll work in a clean, structured environment with supportive leadership and clear expectations. What You’ll Do Identify, sort, and separate metal parts from laser?cut or turret?punched nests Perform secondary finishing using hand files or grinders Maintain a clean, safe, well?organized work area Complete required documentation, reports, and production records Follow safety procedures and report hazards Work efficiently to meet daily production goals What You Bring Two years of high school, GED, or equivalent 6–12 months of manufacturing or labor?intensive experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic communication and documentation skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Physical Requirements Stand and walk for the full shift Lift 10–45 lbs. regularly at heights ranging from floor to 57" Push/pull sheet?metal parts with up to 25 lbs. of force Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and balance as needed Use hands frequently for handling parts and tools Maintain full visual acuity for part inspection and safe operation Work Environment Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts Occasional exposure to dust, airborne particles, or outdoor conditions Moderate noise levels with PPE provided Why You’ll Love Working Here Stable, long?established manufacturer Clean, well?organized work areas Supportive team culture with clear, consistent expectations Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within production
