Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
US-Production Planner to join their team. As a US-Production
Planner, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting
production scheduling and process optimization. The ideal candidate
will have strong organizational skills, effective communication
abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: US-Production Planner Location:
Waukesha, WI Shift: Core hours: 3pm-11pm; OT: up to 10 hours a day
and every other weekend; Orientation is the first week on 1st shift
What's the Job? Establish, maintain, and ensure proper execution of
a valid production schedule for all items. Analyze resource
capacity and constraints to optimize throughput while minimizing
manufacturing cycle time and inventory. Coordinate effectively with
cross-functional teams including Operations, Customer Service,
Finance, and Purchasing. Assist in determining and maintaining
forecast and safety stock levels in collaboration with the Master
Production Scheduler. Lead daily workflow management to meet and
exceed customer delivery requirements and improve manufacturing
metrics. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree from an accredited
institution preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the US
without company sponsorship. Reside within a 50-mile radius of
Waukesha, WI; relocation is not offered. Proficiency in SAP ECC/MRP
planning and/or purchasing modules is preferred. Proficiency in
EXCEL IS A MUST Experience with Lean/Six Sigma principles and
problem-solving tools such as DMAIC, Kaizen, and root cause
