Job Description:
CNC Machinist 2nd Shift We have a Direct Hire Opportunity with a
leading manufacturer in Green Bay, WI. As a Machine Operator, you
will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring
high-quality production and operational efficiency. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a
proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the
organization. Machining experience preferred - BUT not Required.
Job Title: CNC Machinist Location: Green Bay , WI Shift: 2nd Shift;
Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm to 2:00 am What's the Job? Maintain and
operate production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing
processes Measure and inspect parts for conformity and quality
standards Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or deviations in
machine operation Start or restart equipment following power
outages or interruptions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work
environment What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent
required Machining experience preferred - Willingness to learn and
develop machining skills (training provided) Strong problem-solving
and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of
a team Physical ability to operate machinery and lift up to 40 lbs
