Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator Location: Seymour, WI Pay Range: $22.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Thursday) What's the Job? Review and interpret production schedules to ensure timely execution Accurately read and interpret job tickets, pulling the correct materials such as inks, plates, and dies Work closely with the Plate Mounter to manage plates and cylinders effectively Install and manage die and anilox rollers, maintaining proper ink and color control Conduct quality control checks on press and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent required 2-5 years of industry experience preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documents and job tickets accurately Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift items over 50 pounds, and perform active tasks throughout the shift What's in it for me?
