Job Description Job Description What's the role? This supervisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of REMS' property management by leading the cleaning team. This position offers a fast-paced, ever-changing environment for someone who thrives on variety and responsibility. Job tasks could include: Overseeing daily cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards are met Providing direction and support to team members during assigned shifts Performing hands-on cleaning and property upkeep when needed Communicating effectively with management and team members across shifts Notify management of any observed deficiencies or needs for repairs Follow all health and safety regulations. What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
