You'll also provide guidance on technological trends and emerging solutions to enhance the organization's competitiveness . As a Solutions Architect, you will: Provide effective solution direction and leadership to ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, secure, reliable, and resilient in areas of moderate complexity. Collaborate actively with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. Construct common frameworks and solution templates to accelerate development and codify best practices. Promote and evangelize tools and techniques across the enterprise through presentation and written material. Explain advanced and complicated technical topics to an engineering audience through presentation and written material. Mentor technical associates across multiple job disciplines. Contribute to multiple work initiatives in parallel, balancing priorities and time effectively. What it Takes: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 4 years’ related work experience in applications development and/or system architecture. At least 1 year as a technical lead preferred. Demonstrated leadership capability working across technical teams. Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of Sentry’s major software development platforms – Java, .NET, Python. Familiarity with multiple programming languages and platforms. Proficiency in software patterns, delivery practices, and secure coding best practices in software development preferred. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills to balance multiple initiatives in parallel.
