Job DescriptionTechnical Coordinator Job DescriptionRole SummaryThe Technical Coordinator ensures completion of ID card management, maintains master group lists, set-up and maintain client screens in processing system, set up and maintain HRA and Flex accounts, eligibility related system letters, client access systems (LIN & CEW), review and verifies enrollment files. Daily role responsibilities:

  • ID Card Development, Production and Management.
  • Create templates for new and renewing clients.
  • Facilitate approval.
  • Maintain current and historic records.
  • Oversee audit.
  • Oversee distribution.
  • Maintain Master Group List for PPO Assignment.
  • Update MGL and keep current.
  • Provide communication and direction to PHX.
  • Set-up and Maintain Client Screens in Processing Systems.
  • Set-up and Maintain On-Line Client access systems (LIN & CEW).
  • Create standard and custom client web-portals.
  • Manage web portal access and authorities.
  • Create standard and custom reporting.
  • Provide technical support to sales; service and clients.
  • Review and Verify Enrollment Files submitted to Cypress from Outside Entities.
  • Ensure files meet required information needs.
  • Coordinate with sales and service and IT staff.
  • Review loads to ensure accuracy and manual adds are complete.
  • Other duties as assigned.This position could be a good fit if you have:
    • Associate Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Knowledge of Windows Desktop.
    • Knowledge and experience working with a medical third-party administrator helpful.
    • Familiarity in using technical web-based troubleshooting resources.
    • Working knowledge of Office 365 Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, One Drive, SharePoint, etc.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to learn new technology and applications.
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Highly organized and effective in managing multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
