Job Description:
The RoleWith a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally
Driven, Fun and Respect, the Recruitment Team Lead will lead a
recruitment team consisting of Recruiters and Recruitment Support
Specialists. The Team Lead strives for continuous growth of team
performance and consistent development of team members. They are
responsible for the successful delivery of prequalified and
interested candidates to assist with filling complex customer
staffing needs.What You'll Be DoingMaintain personal book of
business at an average of $10k in weekly gross profit.In
coordination with the Director of Recruitment, designs fulfillment
strategy for Recruitment Team.Act as primary supervisor and people
manager for Recruitment Team.Leverage company ATS to maximize
efficiencies in Recruitment Team.Partner with client liaisons and
business development teams to effectively fulfill job orders.Lead
team stand-up, traction, and 1:1 meetingPartner with support
departments to create the most efficient, effective, and cohesive
business units possibleSupport onboarding, training, and
development for Recruitment Team.Exemplify and lead by Core

software. What We Look ForCollege degree preferred3+ years of
healthcare staffing experience.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift
up to 20 lbs. as necessary.Must be able to remain in a stationary
position at least 50% of the time.Occasionally move throughout
office environment.Continually observe information/data both on
paper and electronically at a close range/distance.Continually
operate computer and other electronic office equipment.The Company
