As a Busser/Café Attendant you will be responsible for enduring proper food quality, food presentation, stocking and cleaning of the entire buffet area. What will you be doing: Keep buffet clean, organized, and reset tables promptly. Set up and break down buffet station. Notify kitchen staff of low supplies. Assist with bussing duties. Maintain stock of glassware, silverware, and plates. Stock ice in service area. Maintain buffet food, clean spills, and restock items. Perform additional duties as requested for guest satisfaction. What do you bring to the role: Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shift. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests. Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices. Ability to grasp, lift, carry, and/or transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room. What’s in it for you?
