• Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic hours plus call
• Call Schedule: Provider covering clinic is on call overnight
• Weekend Call: Included
• Call Type: Beeper/Phone Consults Only
• Response Time: 30 minutes
• Hospital Return Required: No
• Average Call Volume: Approximately 1 call per night or less

• Wisconsin license preferred
• Will consider providers without a Wisconsin license under WI Act 10
• Candidates without a license are encouraged to apply

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal & Fetal Medicine - Required
• MFM Fellowship - Required
• BLS Certification - Required

• Outpatient clinic plus phone-call coverage
• No procedures required
• Only one MFM physician on staff
• Inpatient calls come from laborist team
• Patient Volume: 20-30 patients per shift
• EMR: Epic
• Trauma Levels: II and III

• Fellowship-trained MFM physician
• Comfortable providing independent clinic coverage
• Available for long-term assignment through December 2026
• Open to weekday clinic coverage with low-volume phone call responsibilities
• Epic experience preferred
