Job Description:

SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin (WI) seeks an outpatient only family medicine physician to join their team of 8 physicians, 6 residents, and 7 advanced practitioners. Position: - Outpatient only with a 4-day work week and part-time options available - 18-20 patients per day - No call - Option to perform scopes and other procedures based on skills and experience - Team focused on true patient-centric and quality care - Some of the highest KPIs in the system - Faculty appointment and ability to work with residents - EMR-EPIC and Dax Co-pilot Scribe available - Physician leadership is valued and kept top of mind with SSM‘s dyad leadership model Compensation: - Base guarantee of $290,000 - negotiable based on skills and experience - $150,000 sign-on bonus or student loan repayment forgiven over three years - Relocation assistance - Comprehensive benefits package Baraboo, Wisconsin (WI): - Located just outside of Madison, Baraboo offers a unique blend of small-town charm and natural beauty - Outdoor enthusiasts will find endless opportunities at Devil‘s Lake State Park and Mirror Lake State Park, where hiking, kayaking, camping, and paddleboarding are a part of everyday life - 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells, which is a popular vacation destination featuring indoor and outdoor water parks, riverboat tours, and dinner cruises along the Wisconsin River - A short drive to Chicago, IL; Madison, WI; and Milwaukee, WI - And easy access to 3 international airports - Able to live in Madison, Waunakee, Madison, or the surrounding suburbs due to no call restriction limitations - Peaceful lifestyle with access to excellent schools, local shops, and various community events For more information, contact Megan Schwertner: Call/Text: Email: Schedule a Call: mschw Specialty: Family Medicine Employment Type: Full Time
