Job Description:
The Pines Post Acute and Memory Care Come join our team and
start making a difference! We are looking for a full time, part
time, or PRN RN's The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed
Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory
Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville,
WI. We are committed to a Culture of Caring, not only for the

employees to enjoy a LONG career in healthcare! Pay:$34-$38/hr.
this will include working every other weekend Hours: AM: every
other weekend 5:30 am to 2:00 pm PM: 6 day per pay period 2pm to
10:30 pm PM : 8 or 10 days per pay period 4 hr shift position: 6 pm
to 10:30 pm PRN Job Responsibilities: Medication administration
Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents Applying
treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents Observing
residents and appropriately documenting Ability to care for
residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of
residents cooperation Follow safety guidelines MUST: be capable of
maintaining regular attendance Skills MUST have an RN Excellent
knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Excellent
knowledge of emergency care In-depth knowledge of health and safety
guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and
willingness to follow them at all times BS or other diploma from a

facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’
