Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Registered
Nurse to join our SPA team, focusing on holistic, patient-centered
care within our faith-based healthcare framework. This role blends
traditional medical nursing with wellness and spa treatments,
enhancing patient recovery and comfort. As a nurse in our
innovative SPA setting, you will have the unique opportunity to
contribute to health and wellness journeys in an environment that
values spiritual healing alongside medical treatment. Provide
nursing care and wellness services tailored to individual patient
needs in the SPA environment. Conduct patient assessments to
determine appropriate nursing and wellness interventions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient
treatment plans and overall wellness. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Educate patients
and families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Uphold
the highest standards of patient confidentiality and compassionate
care. Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure
practices reflect the latest in medical and wellness care.
Proficient in nursing practices and patient assessment. Ability to
integrate holistic and clinical approaches to patient care. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a diverse
patient demographic. Capable of handling stressful situations
calmly and effectively. Knowledge of wellness and SPA treatments
beneficial to patient care. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required. Certifications in wellness or spa
treatments are beneficial but not mandatory.
