challenges. Develop and implement innovative healthcare strategies
to improve patient outcomes in a correctional setting. Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive medical
services. Conduct regular health assessments and ensure compliance
with all health care regulations. Drive initiatives that promote
health education and disease prevention among the inmate
population. Ethically manage patient health data and maintain
confidentiality and security at all times. Proven clinical skills
with the ability to perform thorough health assessments. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with a
diverse patient population. Critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities in high-pressure environments. Ability to lead and
inspire a team under restrictive conditions. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license or relevant medical certification.
CPR and BLS certification. Additional training or certification in
correctional healthcare or public health preferred.
