Job Description:

seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our ICU Stepdown unit.
This role requires an individual who can blend critical care skills
with compassionate patient interaction to provide holistic care to
those recovering from serious medical conditions. Provide
comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU Stepdown unit.
Monitor patient recovery and adjust care plans accordingly.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate
integrated patient care. Educate patients and families on illness
management and prevention post-discharge. Supervise the activities
of nursing staff and provide on-the-job education. Ensure adherence
to healthcare regulations and safety standards. Proficient in using
electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong observation skills to
detect health issues Ability to perform advanced cardiac life
support (ACLS) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of quickly making critical decisions Highly skilled in
providing emotional support Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse
licensure in the state of employment. BLS certification (Basic Life
Support). ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support).
