Job Description:
Ascension is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse specializing in Adolescent Psychiatry to join our
faith-based healthcare team. This position involves working in a
dynamic environment focused on providing superior mental health
care to adolescents while adhering to the highest standards of
safety and personalized treatment plans. As a part of Ascension,

Evaluate and assess the mental health needs of adolescents Develop
and implement detailed nursing care plans Facilitate group and
one-on-one therapy sessions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health
maintenance Administer medications and monitor side effects
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Strong clinical
skills in psychiatric nursing care Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to manage high-stress situations
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Certified Psychiatric Nurse
(CPN) certification preferred
