Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, delivering critical support to
newborns and collaborating closely with healthcare teams to ensure
the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill neonates,
managing ventilators and other life-support equipment. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate and
detailed medical records. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory
therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and
implement individualized care plans. Educate and support families
regarding their newborns condition and care needs. Maintain
compliance with hospital policies and state regulations, ensuring a
safe and sterile environment. Qualifications: Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license with specialized experience in NICU nursing.
Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care and familiarity
with advanced medical equipment. Excellent communication and
