Job Description Job Description Activities Assistant – Assisted Living - On Call Seymour, WI (15–20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton) Pay: $19.25 per hour Current Openings On Call (As needed) Compassionate care. Connected team. Shared purpose. Position Summary The Activities Assistant supports and conducts day-to-day scheduled activities for residents in Assisted Living. This role helps create a positive, engaging, and meaningful environment while encouraging resident participation and independence.
