Job Description Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 12 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3520.00 /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - Case Management /n/n Job Details: /n • Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM /n• Home hospice position covering territory from Fond du Lac through Oshkosh to Appleton /n• Most patients located in the Oshkosh city area /n• One weekend rotation per month (manager tries to avoid weekend scheduling but flexibility required) /n• One on-call shift per month from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM /n• No holiday coverage required /n• Up to 1 week orientation based on comfort level /n• 2 years of hospice experience required /n• First-time travelers accepted if they have hospice and EPIC Remote Client experience /n• Required certifications: BLS /n• Valid driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle required /n• EPIC Remote Client experience required /n• Skills required: end of life care/planning, wound assessments, care coordination, pain/symptom management, triage /n• Work with adults only providing end of life patient care /n• Technology equipment includes EPIC Remote Client EMR system and Sapphire IV pumps /n• Dress code: any color scrubs or business casual /n• May float anywhere within assigned territory /n• Time off requests must be approved through manager /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization provides comprehensive home hospice services, focusing on end-of-life care and comfort for patients in their own homes.
