Job Description Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PM Shift Seymour, WI (15–20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton) Pay Range (Including $2.00 PM Shift Differential) RN: $42.00 – $43.75 per hour (based on experience) LPN: $31.50 – $33.00 per hour (based on experience) Current Openings (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) 64 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday) Compassionate care. Connected team. Shared purpose. Position Summary The RN or LPN plans, coordinates, supervises, and implements nursing services for assigned residents as part of the interdisciplinary team.
