Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS and ACLS. Must be able to pass EKG test 1st week of hire.Minimum Experience: MUST HAVE 1 YEAR STRONG CARDIAC EXPERIENCE (Cardiac SDU/Intermediate Cardiac/Cardiac ICU) & 2 years IMC/PCU/Tele experience required. Candidates cannot move forward in the interview process without experience without Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Nitro Drips. *Required: at least ONE travel assignment must be completed* Charting- 1 year recent EPIC charting experience required Unit Information: 44 Bed Intermediate cardiac stepdown. Fast paced, high patient turnover. Post op CABG/Valve, thoracotomy, Vascular, Arrhythmia, CHF, Post procedure cath, pacer, defib, ablations, Acute CP/MI, med/surg overflow i.e. detox, DKA, COPD exac, resp failure, Fem Pop Bypass.
