Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and versatile Registered Nurse
(RN) to join our Float Pool team, providing the highest level of
care across various departments within our faith-based healthcare

nursing care to patients across various departments based on daily
needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in
collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed and monitor patients' responses. Adapt to
changing environments quickly and effectively, maintaining a high
level of professional competence in diverse healthcare settings.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions,
treatments, and preventive care strategies. Maintain accurate
patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with
health regulations. Strong clinical skills across a variety of
specializations Excellent adaptability to rapidly changing
environments Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to
work effectively in both team and independent settings Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
