working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Green Bay, Wisconsin, 54311! Job Title: Nursing Administration

Minimum of 2 years of Tele experience License: Required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Experience with the following
patient types: - Cardiothoracic: Post-cath, post-Watchman,
post-TAVRs, robotic assisted thoracotomies, chest pain, ACS, CHF,
MIs, new onset a-fib, arrhythmias - Medical: Post-bariatric
surgeries, peritoneal dialysis, COPD, GI bleeds, infections -
Continuous EEG monitoring experience is a plus Description: The
unit typically has 16 beds and usually runs at full census. The
patient ratios are 1:4 for days and 1:5-6 for nights. Candidates
must be able to interpret cardiac rhythms and perform monitoring
tasks. Experience with initiating Tikosyn therapy and non-titrating
drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, nitro, and heparin is required.
Candidates should be proficient in IV starts, Foley insertions, NG
tubes, and wound care. CNA support is available, along with a
charge nurse who will take a full patient assignment. Phlebotomy
and respiratory therapy support are available 24/7. Remote techs
will assist with monitoring and reaching out regarding abnormal
rhythms. The facility uses EPIC for electronic medical records.
Nurses may float within their scope of practice and could be asked
to float to higher care units for Tele patients. Weekend rotation
and holiday expectations are part of the scheduling process. Shifts
are from 0700-1930 and 1900-0730. A schedule will be made in
six-week increments, with some flexibility for block scheduling.
Scrub color must be a solid color with no graphics or designs. 5
