Job Description Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a local contract nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating - Employment Type: Local Contract HIGHLIGHTS: - Required Experience: 2 years experience Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU - Shift Requirements: 12hr variables - 645 am - 715 PM and 645 pm-715 am - Shift rotation every week or every two weeks - Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 - No blocked scheduling requests and no travel pairs with same schedule requests will be accommodated - Required Certs: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS - EPIC experience required - Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend (weekends are Fri-Sun). Every other Holiday - Float Requirements: To all inpatient units as needed.
