Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for ensuring the appropriate delivery of hospice services, compliance with Medicare Hospice Benefit Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and Gentiva’s patient-first operating model. The Director will oversee clinical and operational performance, staffing, quality, and cost management while fostering a culture centered on compassion, dignity, and respect.
