Job Description:
About the Opportunity We are looking for a Gastroenterology
Physician to join our group, either as a partner or an employed
physician and share in the high endoscopy volume of our group.
Established Surgical Private Practice with 16 Surgeons, including
Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Colorectal Surgery,
Endocrinology and Endocrine Surgery, and more. We are averaging
13,000 endoscopy procedures per year. The current GI Nurse
Practitioner is ordering 40 to 50 scopes per month and we've just
hired a second NP to assist with clinic. Schedule Work Week: 4
full-day work week, flexible schedule options Endoscopy Focus: 3
days of endoscopy, a significant portion of the practice. On
average, the incoming provider will see 30 patients per week in a
clinic setting and 40 to 60 scopes weekly Clinic Time: Dedicate 1
day to clinic appointments Call Structure: Participate in a 1:9
call rotation Compensation and Benefits Guaranteed base salary
between $640,000 - $660,000 for 4 - 4.5 day workweek with
partnership earnings exceeding $1 million Relocation and sign-on
