This is an exciting opportunity to split time between inpatient and outpatient practice, working alongside three Board-Certified PM&R physicians and one Nurse Practitioner. Practice Details New office suite within the Surgical Specialty Center (Move-in mid-2025) Monday Friday schedule (Outpatient Clinic & Inpatient Rounding) No weekend inpatient rounding or call 1:4 weekday call rotation (Monday Thursday) 24/7 Nurse Triage Service Outreach participation at Titletown Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and Marinette Teaching opportunities available Experience in US-guided/musculoskeletal procedures, EMG, and Botox required Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation Package Signing Bonus available Relocation Assistance: Up to $12,000 CME Allowance: $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off Paid Time Off: 264 hours per fiscal year Comprehensive Benefits Package: - Health, vision, and dental insurance - Short- and long-term disability insurance - Life insurance - Retirement Plans - Professional liability insurance provided
