Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work 12-hour variable shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week • Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday • Float to Medical Surgical (MS) and Intermediate Care (IMC) units as needed • Must be willing to float to other locations including Stevens Point, Divine Savior, and Plover • Patient ratio of 1:2, occasionally 1:3 based on patient acuity • Work with adult population only (no pediatrics) • Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS • NIH certification preferred • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required • EPIC charting system experience required • ADN or BSN degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred • Must wear professional-colored scrubs • Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours • May be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum callback • Must demonstrate ability to work independently, manage change well, and maintain positive attitude • Required to collaborate effectively with team and ancillary staff Facility: This healthcare facility features an 8-bed intensive care unit providing critical care services to adult patients.
