Job Description Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/19/2026 - Duration: 11 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Float Requirements: to alike units within skillset. Must be willing to float to other facilities nearby Required Certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS Required Education: ADN or BSN Minimum Experience: 2 years of MedSurg experience Charting Experience Required: EPIC preferred Required Skillset: Med Surg Experience Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 40 bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit. Avg daily census 28. Patient ratios on days and pm max of 5 patients (avg 4), nights max of 7 Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely, willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible. Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift.
