Job Description Marshfield Medical Center in Weston and Steven's Point, Wisconsin is looking for a BE/BC Hematology/Oncology physician to join an established Cancer Center & Research Program. Our clinics are integrated at all locations with regularly scheduled provider meetings, physician advisory boards, tumor boards, and other collaborations. Extensive research opportunities are available. Program Details: Full range oncology practice including outpatient infusion center, inpatient capability, strong dedication to multi-disciplinary tumor boards, and teaching opportunities. Strong research program and support of clinical trials with dedicated Research RNs and coordinators. Supportive of work/life balance Physicians are supported by a strong team of APPs Radiation Oncology support onsite Dedicated Pathology and Radiology support Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization). Compensation and Benefits 2-year salary guarantee of $700k for a 1.0 FTE Up to $150k retention incentive, if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details) 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start CME annual allowance Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and Occurrence-Based Malpractice insurance Relocation support Marshfield Clinic Health System is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
