Urology Physician Job Details Position Type: Locum Tenens (Per Diem) Urology Physician Specialty: Urology Location: Stevens Point, Wisconsin 54481 (Central Wisconsin healthcare jobs) Schedule: Full-time clinic coverage plus 2-3 days of OR time per week (36 hours/week, flexible days/times) Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts available Patient Encounters: Approximately 16 per clinic shift Start Date: December 1, 2025 End Date: Ongoing assignment Nearest Airport: Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA) Estimated Weekly Salary: $5780 - $6850 Urology Physician Qualifications Board Certified Physician (MD) in Urology BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Urology Fellowship in Urology preferred Experience with advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, and robotic surgery preferred Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days Urology Physician Responsibilities Deliver general urology care for adult patients in clinic and operating room settings Perform advanced endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic urology procedures (preferred) Conduct outpatient clinic visits and surgical procedures Participate in system call coverage based out of Wausau (7-10 days/month, including one weekend) Provide outreach care 1-2 days/month in Wisconsin Rapids Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care Stevens Point combines small-town charm with modern amenities, making it an ideal location for healthcare professionals seeking Wisconsin urology jobs and a rewarding lifestyle.
