This is a unique opportunity to design and build a practice tailored to your interests and expertise, backed by a highly collaborative and well-established team. Opportunity Highlights: Join a well-established Urology service line with 4 experienced Urologists Independent clinic and providers , while remaining part of the larger regional call group Flexible schedule (4–5 days per week) tailored to your preferences Minimal call: No more than 1:4, moving toward 1:7; APCs take first call High-volume surgical practice – spend more time in the OR than in clinic Access to advanced technology, including the da Vinci Robot Surgical System Strong APP support from a team of 7 experienced PAs and NPs Dedicated RN and MA support to optimize clinic efficiency BENEFITS : Competitive benefits and generous compensation package including relocation assistance, student loan repayment program, annual CME allowance, and a sign-on bonus.
