Job Description:
Seeking PRN (on-call) RN or LPN for Morton facility.
Administer nursing care, supervise, evaluate, and plan resident
care, ensuring communication with residents, families, and
healthcare team.
Pay ranges: LPN $30-$35/hr, RN $35-$42/hr; additional shift
differentials apply.
Assist with assessments, care planning, medication delivery, and
documentation.
Coordinate with physicians and provide resident and family
education.
Participate in ongoing education and staff orientation.
Qualifications: graduate from an accredited nursing program, active
Illinois license as LPN or RN.
Must work minimum two 8-hour shifts/month, including at least one
weekend and holiday annually.
Physical demands include walking, standing, lifting up to 75lbs,
and exposure to hazards.
