Job Description:
Owned and operated by our founding dentist for over 20 years, we
prioritize patient care and support our dentists' growth. We invest

all aspects of general dentistry. Our mission is to deliver
high-quality dentistry to all community members, including
underserved populations. Compensation includes a permanent daily
minimum guarantee, up to $25,000 sign-on bonus, with average
earnings ranging from $290,000 to $350,000+. Clinically, dentists
have complete autonomy over treatment planning, mentorship from
experienced clinicians, full patient schedules, a fully digital,
paperless office, and control over supplies. Benefits offered
include paid vacation, flexible schedules, continuing education,
malpractice reimbursement, visa sponsorship, health and vision
insurance, and dental coverage for associates and their families.
Requirements include a current or future dental license and DDS/DMD
from an accredited US program.
