Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiology for a nursing job in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our cardiology practice by managing a range of tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

Major Responsibilities:
Triage phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
Conduct nurse visits and provide essential patient care.
Fill in for RN coverage to support provider schedules and assist with patient flow.
Assist with patient rooming duties, ensuring a positive experience during their visits.
Learn and be prepared to provide coverage for PTO related to Coumadin management, ensuring continued care for patients.

- Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers -certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required.

Education Required:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; ability to develop rapport and maintain positive, professional relationships with a variety of patients, staff and physicians.
Demonstrated ability to effectively make critical, independent decisions.
Excellent organization, prioritization and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills including delegation, organization, prioritization and building team rapport.
Proficient computer skills including keyboarding, navigation within a windows operating system, use of electronic mail and electronic medical records systems.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Must sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, climb, and reach above shoulders throughout the workday.
Must be able to:
lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist.
lift up to 20 lbs over the head.
carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance.
Must be able to:
push/pull with 30 lbs of force.
perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs with a second person present.
Will be exposed to the following hazards on a frequent basis: mechanical, electrical, chemical, blood and body fluids. Will be required to wear protective clothing and equipment as needed.
Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch with ability to use fine-hand manipulation skills.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
